Eduardo Risso

Eduardo Risso is an Argentine comic artist best known for his long collaboration with writer Brian Azzarello on the Vertigo crime epic 100 Bullets (1999–2009), for which he won multiple Eisner and Harvey Awards. Risso's stark, confidently geometric black-and-white pages draw on the great Argentine school (Breccia, Muñoz) while refining it into a sharply cinematic noir style. He has since reunited with Azzarello on Moonshine and other projects.
