Shipping & returns

Once you decide to acquire a piece, contact us with your destination address and any timing requirements. We will reply with the carrier options, transit time, packaging method and final cost. Larger or particularly fragile works may require a custom crate or a specialised art-shipping carrier; in those cases we always confirm with you before booking.

Private EU consumers are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal counted from the date the piece is delivered, in accordance with EU consumer law. To exercise it, the piece must be returned in its original packaging and condition, fully insured for its sale value, with shipping at the buyer's expense. We refund the original sale price once we have received and inspected the returned piece.

If at any point after purchase a piece sold by El Arte del Cómic is shown by an authority on the artist to be not what we represented it to be, we will refund the original sale price in full. The numbered Certificate of Authenticity issued at the point of sale is the contractual basis of this guarantee.
