Nik Guerra (Nicola Guerra) is an Italian artist trained at the Academy of Fine Arts in Carrara, working at the intersection of fine-art figuration, pin-up and erotic comics. His best-known character is Magenta, an unrestrained noir confection of femmes fatales, bondage and Italian-giallo atmosphere, collected by Eros / NBM as Magenta: Noir Fatale. His painterly mastery of skin and fabric and his post-war pin-up sensibility have made him a regular on the international original-art market.
