Rubén Pellejero

Rubén Pellejero is a Spanish comic artist with a career shaped by the European adventure tradition. With writer Jorge Zentner he created Dieter Lumpen, a globe-spanning 1980s–90s adventure serial published widely across Europe. In 2015 he was chosen by the Hugo Pratt estate, alongside writer Juan Díaz Canales, to continue Corto Maltese — a responsibility he has carried with characteristic restraint and respect for Pratt's legacy.
