Frank Thorne

Frank Thorne was an American comic artist best known for his 1970s run on Marvel's Red Sonja, which established the visual language of the character for the barbarian-fantasy boom of the era. His creator-owned series Ghita of Alizarr extended that sword-and-sorcery sensibility into more expansive personal work.
