Juan Zanotto was an Italian-born Argentine comic artist associated with the great generation of Argentine science-fiction comics of the 1970s and ’80s. His serials Bárbara and Henga, often scripted by Ray Collins, appeared widely in Argentine and Italian magazines, known for their dynamic brush work and erotically charged science-fantasy imagery.
