Gabriele Dell’Otto is an Italian painter and illustrator whose oil-painted covers and interior art have become a staple of Marvel’s prestige publishing since the mid-2000s. His work on Brian Michael Bendis’s Secret War miniseries and his extensive cover output for Star Wars and major Marvel event books are notable for their richly rendered light and classical painterly tradition.
