Isaac Sánchez is a Spanish comic-book artist and illustrator who reached a wide audience through his online presence as much as his bookshelf credits. He won the Josep Coll Prize at the Barcelona Comic Festival in 2009 for El regreso del hombre pez (Glénat), and went on to publish the Taxus trilogy (2017–2019) and El don (2020). His artbook Dibujos y Caprichos compiles four years of pin-ups and reinterpretations of Marvel and DC characters, displaying the narrative confidence and clean draughtsmanship that have made him one of the most recognisable Spanish artists of his generation.
