Pedro Pérez

Pedro Pérez is a self-taught Madrid-born artist who combines animation work with illustration and comics. After joining the Dirus Animation studio in 1998 and contributing to features such as Los Reyes Magos and El Cid: La leyenda, he debuted in comics in France with L’amour.com (Kantik, 2010) and in Spain with Los tiburones de Rangiroa (2011). Since 2013 he has worked closely with Ominiky Ediciones, building a body of work around his own creation Trizia and a series of pin-up artbooks that have established him as one of the foremost Spanish specialists in the genre.

Superman

Superman, created in 1938 by Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster, is the founding figure of the American superhero. The character's visual identity was consolidated across the decades by artists including Wayne Boring, Curt Swan, José Luis García-López and John Byrne, and has been extended in the modern era through Grant Morrison and Frank Quitely's All-Star Superman, Mark Waid's Superman: Birthright and the work of Gary Frank.
